Chess Revamped

Chess Revamped is a browser-based chess variant with a tactical twist.

The king remains the royal piece, but it moves like the old queen. The queen moves like the old king, pawns can capture forward, and castling and en passant are removed.

Play against Elo-style AI levels from 200 to 2500, choose your side, try different time controls, and learn a new strategy built around a powerful but vulnerable royal piece.
